Emler Swim School, rapidly growing and continually providing exceptional service for families in communities, seeks a talented Community Marketing Manager to join our Corporate Marketing Team!

As our Community Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing community-focused marketing initiatives to promote our swim schools. You will play a key role in building and nurturing relationships within the local communities where our swim schools are located, as well as driving grassroots efforts to increase awareness and enrollment. In addition to event planning and coordination, you will also manage some aspects of social media marketing to further engage our audience and amplify our brand presence.

As Community Marketing Manager on our growing marketing team, you'd

• Develop and implement community-focused marketing strategies to promote our swim schools and increase enrollment
• Plan, organize, and execute community events, including swim lesson trials, grand openings, and partnership events with local organizations
• Build and maintain relationships with community partners, such as schools, community centers, and youth organizations, to support marketing efforts and drive participation in our lessons
• Coordinate grassroots marketing initiatives, such as flyer distribution, local sponsorships, and community outreach events, to increase brand visibility and attract new customers
• Manage social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) to share engaging content, interact with followers, and promote upcoming events and programs
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling content and campaigns that resonate with our target audience and align with our brand messaging
• Track and analyze the performance of community marketing efforts, including event attendance, social media engagement, and enrollment metrics, and provide regular reports and insights to inform future strategies

Required Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 3 years of experience in marketing, event planning, or community outreach, with a focus on grassroots marketing and community engagement
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to plan and execute multiple events and initiatives simultaneously
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders and represent the company professionally in community settings
• Creative thinker with a passion for finding innovative ways to connect with local communities and drive brand awareness
• Proficiency in social media management and content creation, with experience using platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to engage audiences and promote events
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing objectives
• Well-organized with ability to multi-task, strong time management, and high attention to detail
• Maintain a curious mindset for broader marketing opportunities and seek ways to build connectivity with comprehensive marketing plans
